
Refund and Returns Policy for EvocorePC

At EvocorePC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury watch purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our straightforward refund and return process.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, including any tags, labels, and protective materials.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.

The item must not have been customized, engraved, or altered in any way.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Please email our customer support team at info@evocorepc.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.

Once you receive the RA number, carefully package the item(s) with all original materials and ship it to the address provided in your return instructions.

Ensure that the shipping method used is secure and that tracking information is available for the return shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your watch for a different model, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@evocorepc.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference, as long as the item is returned in its original condition.
