1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns of items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Watches with any signs of wear or damage cannot be returned.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@evocorepc.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including personalized or customized products, are not eligible for return or refund unless defective. Please verify the details before making a purchase.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
