2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs. The available shipping methods and delivery times will be presented during checkout based on your location.

  • Domestic Orders (within the U.S.):

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • International Orders:

    • Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on the destination country)
    • Expedited International Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on the destination country)

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs processing, and your location. Please allow for additional time during holidays or periods of high order volume.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that shipping costs for international orders may include customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees paid at checkout.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Please allow additional time for orders placed during peak seasons or holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking details via email. You can track your package through the provided carrier’s website. For domestic orders, we use reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS, and for international orders, we use global carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and international postal services.

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, please be aware that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or customs processing. EvocorePC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. In cases where a shipment is delayed, we will make every effort to assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

7. International Shipping

For international orders, please ensure that the shipping address is accurate. International customers may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which are outside of EvocorePC’s control. These charges will be collected by the relevant customs agency or postal service, and EvocorePC is not responsible for these additional fees.

If you are ordering from outside the U.S., please be aware that your package may be subject to delays while passing through customs in your country. You may also need to pay import duties, taxes, or handling fees upon arrival.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or some remote locations. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is valid and complete.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@evocorepc.com. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If your order arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can assist with a claim.

10. Signature Requirement

For high-value orders, EvocorePC may require a signature upon delivery. This is to ensure that your package reaches you securely. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, you can usually arrange a re-delivery or pick-up from your local carrier.
